• Every newsletter edition includes a clear, one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can opt out at any time, instantly.
• Upon unsubscribing, your email is removed from our active list. You may request permanent deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
• We may track open rates and click rates in aggregate to understand what content is most valuable — this is standard practice for all email platforms. Individual-level tracking data is not shared with third parties.

How long we keep your data

• Contact form enquiries — retained in our inbox for as long as the conversation is relevant to a potential or active working relationship. You may request deletion at any time.
• Newsletter subscriber data — retained in Kit for as long as your subscription is active. Once you unsubscribe, Kit suppresses (or removes, upon your request) your data in accordance with their policy.
• Booking data — retained by Cal.com per their data retention policy. We keep notes from discovery calls for the duration of a client relationship only.
